I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with a separate bedroom and sitting room, clean, and peaceful. I made my reservation months ago and was lucky to get one of the renovated rooms. The service from reservation to checkout was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with easy freeway access, and the hotel sure stands out among its competitors. However, the gym was a bit cramped and lacked variety. The dining options were decent, but the watery oatmeal was a letdown.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and a good value for the price, they had a musty smell and were not cooling properly, reaching high temperatures. The dirty floors and greasy handprints on the closet doors were off-putting. However, the service was quick to attend to any needs, but I was disappointed that they wouldn't reimburse my monies. The location, within walking distance of multiple restaurants and entertainment in downtown Seattle, worked out well, but the closed-in space with low ceilings and noise from TV games until late were concerning. The dining experience, although included in the rate, was lacking with low-quality breakfast options. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.

The service was top-notch, with mature and customer-driven staff always ready to help. The location was perfect for my plans, though the cold temperature due to heat issues was a drawback. The dining options were subpar and overpriced, especially for breakfast.

The rooms are clean, and despite a slight odor upon arrival, I was promptly relocated to a new room. The service was professional and friendly, although there was an incident with a refund. The location offers a great experience with multiple dining choices nearby, making it convenient. However, the dining experience was marred by some maintenance issues. In terms of value for money, it's a good option but might need improvements in certain areas.
